Robin Eldred - Business Analyst, Project Manager

An all-around web expert, Robin has over 13 years of hands-on interactive experience. He specializes in creating and developing online business strategies for clients of all sizes. With a background in graphic design, web programming and usability, Robin’s well-rounded skill set is an everyday asset to Apis, who relies on his attention to detail and commitment to user experience. His impressive portfolio includes work with clients such as Bell, Stuart Olson, Centron Construction and the City of Vancouver.

Dean Rudd - Graphic Designer, Developer

Dean is a multi-talented web programmer who has spent over eight years developing web applications. Experienced with both the latest technology and the tried-and-true solutions, his diverse range of programming knowledge allows him to build 'best fit' solutions for Apis' clients.

Daniel Washbrook - Senior Developer

Dan is an experienced web programmer with over 12 years experience in the industry. While his focus is on development, he is also an accomplished designer and project manager. He uses his exceptional communications skills to liaise with clients and the Apis team, and helps turn big ideas into reality. Dan has worked with a variety of clients, including Lion's Gate Films, Syncrude Energy and Lululemon.

Matthew Coco - Developer

Matt is a seasoned web developer with over seven years experience in the industry. He has a variety of strengths including project management, web development, graphic design and business analysis, all of which he uses to drive projects forward and see them through to successful completion.

Alexander Zagoumenov - Online Marketing

Alex has extensive experience and knowledge in the realm of online marketing and advertising. He has been actively involved in the community for six years, and prides himself on staying current with the latest trends. He is the resident search engine guru, and also coordinates online advertising and social media campaigns for Apis' clients.

So, what's with the name?

Apis is the genus name of the common honeybee; Apis melifera. The company name was actually borne out of our tagline, websites that work. The notion of a hard-working bee seemed logical to us, and hence – Apis Design.

And in case you were wondering, the red logomark is indeed a bee.
